Lavender Ridge Gift and Garden Shop is Nevada's only commercial Lavender farm located in the lush Truckee Meadows in Reno, Nevada. The large array of hand crafted Lavender products include body & bath items, candles, Lavender plants, soaps, culinary seasonings, herbal teas & much more. Lavender Ridge was established on the remnants of an old farmstead dating back to the 1920's. Owners Mike & Kristen Harris traveled extensively visiting other Lavender farms, some as far away as New Zealand to learn the art of cultivation, distillation and the many uses for the varied types of Lavender & flowers.

Lavender Ridge grows many varieties of Lavender including "Royal Velvet", "Hicote", "Provence", "Violet Intrigue", "Gene Davis", "Munstead", and more. The 3,000 plus Lavender plants in out fields are free from pesticides and irrigated with the natural, crisp, clear waters of the Truckee River with its source; Lake Tahoe and High Sierra snow pack.

While visiting Lavender Ridge enjoy shopping in the well stocked gift shop and Lavender nursery, stroll the endless rows of blooming Lavender or just sit & relax next to the water feature. You may wish to join a scheduled farm tour, watch the distillery produce essential oil or take a Lavender cooking class. Lavender Ridge has something for everyone.
