Is it Free to Register?

Yes! It is completely free. We ask our users to register so as to better assist in the future in case of order support and follow-up. And all we ask is for is a valid email address.

 

Why use Paypal?

Paypal is fast and easy to use and you can use almost any credit card or a Paypal account.

 

Do we have to have a Paypal account to shop online?

Absolutely not. While we may be using Paypal as an online cashier, we do not require our users to register a Paypal account. During the initial Paypal checkout window there is a link that asks if you would like to pay with a card directly. We would like our guests without Paypal accounts to follow that link to complete their purchases.

 

How is shipping & handling calculated for online orders?

During checkout, our portion of the online shopping experience does not apply Nevada tax or shipping. Rather, these fees are calculated during the Paypal checkout experience.Our shipping rates are based on the following metrics:  Rates good for lower 48 states only.  U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii please call for a shipping quote. A $25.00 min.product purchase is required for all online orders.

Are taxes applied during this process?

Yes, we add a Nevada state tax of 7.725% to our local, homegrown all-natural lavender products.

 

Is it possible to do local pick-up to save on shipping?

Yes! you can shop at the Lavender Ridge purple shed  on site the 1st. Wed & last Sat. of the month 11am-2pm starting 1/2/13 for  locally made Lavender Ridge Products.

 

What is the return policy?

We have a  product guarantee of 30 days from date of purchase. If a product is in question due to defectiveness  then we will ask our guests to please ship the item back to Lavender Ridge and we will determine if a refund or replacement is possible. You must report and file a claim with the shipper in the event of damage or loss.
